Crisis-Aid Coaching

Empowering youth workers across Europe through new crisis management approaches and tools

Why CO-A-CH-IN-G?

In a post-pandemic world, global instabilities have caused a massive surge in stress, anxiety, and burnout among Generations Y & Z. Statistics show that up to 20% of young volunteers drop out of long-term programs early due to a total lack of emotional support and coping mechanisms.

The CrisisAid project steps into this gap. It is an innovative, evidence-based program utilizing cutting-edge psychological frameworks like Polyvagal theory and neuroplasticity to structurally protect young people from long-term social and economic exclusion.

True volunteer appreciation isn't just about saying 'thank you' at the finish line - it's about building a safety net along the way.
